Since this year, Baosteel Special Steel super austenitic stainless steel cold-rolled products to achieve 0.8-3 mm full process through and small batch production, 1-5 in total storage of 540 tons, the product quality has been recognized by the market.

Super austenitic stainless steel with high chromium content and enough nickel content, the chloride crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking are highly resistant, resistant to pitting corrosion than other steel, widely used in sulfur, phosphorus and acetic acid treatment equipment, commonly used in the manufacture of chemical machinery, environmental protection, papermaking and other industries. In 2014, Baosteel began to study super austenitic stainless steel. Early development team in order to solve the super austenitic stainless steel cold-rolled products from the surface of skin and other defects, starting from the steelmaking process, in-depth analysis of each process, constantly refining and casting technology, realizes the product stable mass production. After more than two years of practice, product quality has won the user's approval.
