Product Introduction:
Incoloy and Inconel are patented products of American Superalloy Company. They are two different series of steels, both belonging to nickel chromium iron alloy.Incoloy is a heat-resistant nickel chromium iron alloy, and Inconel is a heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant nickel chromium iron alloy. Incoloy and Inconel are both registered trademarks of the International Nickel Co.
Incoloy is applicable to sulfuric acid of various concentrations at low temperature; In caustic soda (such as NaOH) solution with concentration of 50%~70%, it has good corrosion resistance and does not produce stress corrosion cracking. Inconel is applicable to various solutions and acids containing Cl -, as well as caustic soda with concentration less than 70% and many other media.
Incoloy is a nickel chromium iron alloy designed for oxidation resistance and carbonization when temperature rises. Inconel develops nickel, iron, and cobalt based alloys for applications that typically require excellent mechanical and chemical properties at elevated temperatures. Inconel 718 is a precipitation hardening nickel chromium alloy; The high nickel composition of Inconel 600 makes the alloy have very strong resistance to chloride stress fission corrosion, and can maintain its high corrosion resistance in the reduced state and also have strong corrosion resistance in alkaline solution; Inconel X-750 alloy is mainly composed of γ "Nickel base superalloys with [Ni3 (Al, Ti, Nb)] phase aging strengthening
