Hot rolling length:1.5m-10.0mm. hot extrusion length:≥1m.  Cold rolling: wall thickness0.7mm-1.0mm,lenght1.0m-7.0m.

Wall thickenss≥1.0mm,the lenght must be 1.5m-8.0mm.

B: Production technical

Hot rolling technical: Outsise meter - 54.0mm-480mm.  Wall thickness - 4.5mm-45mm.

Cold rolled technical: Outside meter - 6.0mm-200mm.   Wall thickness - 0.5mm-21mm.

C: Standards for wall thickness

Both inside and outside the pipe surface shall not have cracks, folding, cracking, crack, rolling reduction, separation and scarring

and defects, these defects should be completely removed (except for machining tube), after the removal of the outer wall thickness and shall not exceed the negative deviation. Where no more than the allowable negative deviation of the other minor surface defects can not be cleared.

D:Straight channel depth.
